East coast bicycle tour
先月の韓国縦断サイクリングに続いて、南端「釜山」から日本海沿いを北上する《東海岸自転車道》を走りました。
Following the Korean longitudinal cycling last month, I ran from the southernmost "Busan" on the "East Coast Bike Road" northward along the Japanese Sea.

前回のツアーでは、ソウルから釜山まで半島を縦断する河川沿い専用道（数％は一般道）を走りましたが、今回は、海辺の専用道（約半分は一般道）です。
河川専用道、道案内の標識整備は、ほぼ完璧で夜間でなければ誰でもペダル可能な専用道です。そして中央に位置する峠越え除いて全線ほぼフラットで、信号も無く走り易い。
今回の海辺専用道の標識整備は、河川の場合と比較すると、あまり良くない。結果のミスコースも何回か経験した。基本、海辺を走りますので、大小の港街を通過する場面が数え切れない数ありました。また韓国軍基地や原子力発電所など海辺に陣取る施設は迂回を強要されます。
韓国サイクリングFBグループ「Cycling Seoul to Busan and Beyond」で情報交流していますが、河川コースとどちらが宜しいですか？ 聞かれますが、一長一短、私的には、変化有る海辺コースが良いかな･･･（笑)
In the last tour, I ran a dedicated road along the river that crosses the peninsula from Seoul to Busan (a few percent is an ordinary road), but this time it is a seaside exclusive road (about half is an ordinary road).
River exclusive roads, signposts in directions are nearly perfect, and anyone can dedicate a pedal unless it is at night. And, except for overpasses located in the center, all the lines are almost flat, and there is no signal and it is easy to run.
The marking maintenance of this seaside exclusive road is not so good compared to the case of a river. I also experienced the result mis - course several times. Basically, because it runs along the beach, there are countless scenes that pass through large and small port city. In addition, facilities facing the beach such as Korean military bases and nuclear power plants are forced to bypass.

まずは前回、釜山ゴールするも記念碑の「表」「裏」を知らずに撮り損ねたゴール撮影リベンジしました。ここから東海岸ツアーは始まりました。
First of all, I was going to go to Busan for the last time, but I revenge the goal shooting which I failed to take without knowing the "front" and "back" of the monument. The East Coast tour began from here.
前泊した釜山市内のホステル場所は、市内でも唯一の繁華街でした。そして一番大きな港市場にも接近してる場所･･･二度目も是非泊まりたい。
The hostel place in Busan that I stayed overnight was the only downtown area in the city. And the place that is approaching the biggest port market · · · I want to stay at the second time by all means.
まるでサンフランシスコ金門橋

初日、蔚山市内に居住してる事は承知しているFB仲間がこのコンビニで休憩してると･･･Hi are you Mr.kawakami ? とお声がけされたんです。

なんと、彼は、このコンビニから300mも離れてない会社で生活してます。今回、私は、STRAVAのBeaconでGPS追跡サービスを公開しながら走りましたが、彼はそのBeaconでコンビニ休憩中を知って駆けつけました。まさに驚き桃の木でした。
そしてその後、一緒に走りました。

海辺を走る「東海自転車道」はカニが有名のようで様々な場所で様々な商売が展開されてます。

今回はコンビニでカレーを知りました。
初回は･･･失敗！
何と粉末レトルトって何？
二度目はアタリでした。（笑)

数多く撮った写真ですが、この街･･･一番好きなショットです。

前回も今回もiPhoneに韓国のSIMを入れてません。
１日150円の超格安モバイルルーターをレンタルしてます。
今回、一部、電波受信が滞る場所がありました。
I have not put Korean SIM in my iPhone the last time or this time.
I am renting a super cheap mobile router with 150 yen a day.
There was a place where radio wave reception stagnated in part this time.
自転車始めて１０ヶ月経過するも雨天ペダルの経験が無かったんです。
２日目の大雨･･･午前中の四時間
午後から止みましたが、チェーンの給油は眼中にありませんでした。
また砂地で転倒、ビンディングやディレーラーに砂が入り込みました。
午後の走り中、異音には気づいてましたが、まさか･･･！
夜、モーテル浴室で洗車して･･･翌朝、チェーンの錆
初めての経験でした。幸いにもモーテル近くのガソリンスタンドで意味不明の韓国語でグリスを買う事が出来ました。
次回のロングライドで「オイル」携行を考慮します。

It was my first experience. Fortunately I was able to buy grease in Korean language which is unknown in the gas station near the motel.
I will consider carrying "Oil" at the next long ride.
このグリスは500g容器、使うは、僅かな量でした。しばらくリュック中に入ってましたが、重くなり途中で一部ビニール袋に詰め替えて置き捨てしてきました。
This grease was 500 g container, use was a small amount. I was in the backpack for a while, but I got heavy and refilled a part of the plastic bag on the way and threw it away.
ご存じ韓国は、北朝鮮との･･･が途絶えてません。
各所に海から侵入を阻止する施設があります。
You know Korea, North Korea · · · has not stopped.
There are facilities that stop invasion from the sea in various places.
しかし、砂地に自転車道は勘弁して欲しい。
何カ所か有りましたが、とある場面では「大転倒」幸い砂地だからケガしませんでしたが、サドルとハンドルの固定がずれてしまいました。
However, I want the bicycle road to be sneaky.
Although there were several places, in some scenes "falling over" Fortunately it was sandy so I did not get injured, but the fixation between the saddle and the handle has shifted.
最終日、38度線を越えました。
緯度の確認方法･･･GARMINでした。（笑)

そして最終章で大失敗！
最終ゴール地点「高城統一展望台」なる場所の事前情報入手が整ってなかった。
次の記事などを理解してなかった。

すなわち、記事内にある「統一展望台の１０ｋｍほど手前に統一安全公園（トンイルアンジョンコンウォン）」を素通りしてしまったのだ。
そりゃ日本語で書き表せれば「統一安全公園（トンイルアンジョンコンウォン）」だが、ここは韓国、ハングルの世界なのだ！そして初めての場所！

私は、素通りして10Kmを走ってしまったのだ。

途中、おかしいなと気づくも･･･カラダの疲れはピークだった！

そして、最後は、高速道に立ち入ってしまっても走った。そこには韓国軍のMPが立ち塞がってた。そしてUターンする。

まぁ観光目的で走ってるわけでないから構わないが･･･このUターンの後、10Km戻って統一安全公園（トンイルアンジョンコンウォン）まで走った。そこは少し高台に有り韓国語読めない韓国旅行無資格者には、素通りしてもおかしくない場所であった。（笑)
そこでの時間は、夕暮れ6時過ぎてる。
そこからソウル戻るまでの緊迫した状況は･･･ローカルバスから高速バスに乗り換えて無事にソウルに到着、そして繁華街イテウォンで生ビール･･･信じられないハプニングであった。
Well it does not matter because I do not run for sightseeing purpose ... After this U-turn, I went back 10 km and ran to Unified Safety Park (Tongil Anneong Kon-Won). The time there is six o'clock dusk.
There was a tense situation from there to Seoul ... ... I changed from a local bus to a high-speed bus and arrived in Seoul safely, and draft beer at Itaewon downtown ... It was an incredible happening.
